Empire Realty Associates opened its doors in 2002. Our partners believe that clients are best served by private brokerages with a depth of local knowledge and a wealth of history and experience. The company was created by agents who'd worked with clients in the local market area for over two decades. Since those first days in Blackhawk (later offices were opened in downtown Danville and downtown Walnut Creek), our agents have represented a few thousand transactions in the local market area for buyers and sellers.
From Alamo to Walnut Creek, many agents excel in each of our communities. And because we believe in collaboration, often several agents will work behind the scenes to make sure a client's property needs are taken care of -- from pricing, to knowledge of local customs, to networking to connect our buyers and sellers. Sometimes we even choose to refer business within the office. An agent whose expertise is in Alamo or Danville may choose to refer his client who is buying in Martinez to another agent in the office who specializes in that area. Why? Because when you put the needs of the client first, you do good business, and you have satisfied people who come back again and again. Many of our "clients for life" have bought and sold 5 or 6 properties in the Diablo Valley with us because we have earned their trust.
