For moves between states, we recommend the RELO Direct van line service, a third party company affiliated with Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, which we are a member of. Your real estate agent will help you put this service in place. RELO Direct's move coordinator seeks competitive bids for you and follows up to answer questions that arise during the move. By using RELO Direct, our clients enjoy the advantage of their pricing structure ($75,000 full value insurance coverage for no cost to client) guaranteed pick up and delivery dates, and the move coordinator's assistance in resolving and expediting any concerns that come up during this transition period.
Do you need to store your belongings?
AllSafe, with six locations in the Bay Area, has an Exclusive Offer for Clients of Empire Realty. If you need a place to store your household belongings between moves, we would like to provide an easy, secure, and affordable solution. For the first four months, we will provide access to self-storage for half the cost available to the public. Ask your agent for more details.
