The Transaction Liaison Center [TLC] is Empire Realty’s state-of-the-art, web-based business services platform designed to ensure that you have access to all contracts, disclosures, inspections, reports, and other documents necessary for your real estate transaction. The staff in TLC streamline the transaction process by time-stamping transaction-related events, data, documents, and storing them electronically in a level-5 secure web-based file.
When you work with Empire Realty’s Transaction Liaison Center, you have the benefit of knowing that professional, salespeople and risk management specialists are coordinating your transaction, and that your file will be managed in a timely, proactive, and professional manner.
