About Empire.

Empire Realty Associates is a local real estate brokerage founded in 2002 by 23 agents and CEO Judi Keenholtz, based on the belief that the client is best served by a small brokerage with deep roots in the community.  Many of the founding partners have worked in local real estate for 20+ years.  Empire Realty has since grown to nearly 100 associates who work from  two beautiful offices, one in Danville and one in downtown Walnut Creek. Empire Realty is a founding member of the Artisan Group comprised of the top local brokerages from Napa to Tahoe to the Bay Area. Empire Realty’s membership in the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World and Residence International further positions the company as an industry authority on luxury real estate.

Weekly Strategy Meeting & Market Update.

Empire Realty’s dynamic, interactive sales meetings have earned the reputation of being among the best in the industry. Presentations are carefully crafted to inspire and educate, ultimately geared towards providing the highest skills and service to our clients. Formats vary from panel discussions to breakout sessions. These fast-paced one-hour events provide Empire agents with local market knowledge, negotiation strategies, and business development action plans. Because these meetings are so well attended, they are also a fantastic networking opportunity to address current buyer and seller needs.

 

Luxury Homes & Estates Meetings.

Empire Realty’s Luxury Homes & Estates Group is open to all associates.  In these gatherings, associates discuss luxury market trends, review local market statistics, and strategize the selling strategies for specific luxury properties. Networking is a primary goal as nearly 90% of buyer and seller connections are made through agent relationships. Nineteen of Empire Realty’s agents have earned the prestigious Luxury Homes Marketing Specialist designation.

 

Broker Risk Management.

Empire Realty’s Broker Risk Management provides agents with the tools and resources to enhance their professional practice of California residential real estate. Under Empire Realty’s risk management program, a professional broker reviews all contracts, enabling agents to manage escrows effectively and get immediate answers to important transaction questions.
